Services

I offer four massage services, with pricing determined by session length.

Thai Massage and Stretch (Table or Floor)

Perfect for people who feel "stiff" or "stuck," office workers with tight hips/shoulders, and yoga lovers.

If you want to improve your flexibility without doing the work yourself, this "Lazy Yoga" session uses rhythmic pressure and assisted stretching to improve range of motion, energy flow, and flexibility.

Perform fully clothed. Please wear comfortable clothing (like yoga pants, leggings, or athletic wear) that allows for a full range of motion.

Signature Deep Tissue with Thai Bodywork

Perfect for Marathon runners, trail runners, cyclist, weightlifters, or anyone with "stubborn knots" in need of a full body recovery.

A high-pressure blend of Western Deep Tissue and Thai leverage. I use firm, "sink-in" techniques to realign deep muscle layers while integrating Thai stretching to release systemic tension and melt stubborn knots.

The session involves oil or lotion applied directly to your skin. You will be professionally draped with sheet at all times.

Trigger Point Therapy

Perfect for people suffering from chronic pain, "tension headaches," or referred pain (pain that travels from one spot to another).

An evidence-based approach. Which focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers throughout your body. I find the specific "knots" causing your restriction and release them to restore your full range of motion.

The session involve oil or lotion applied directly to yourr skin. You will be professionally draped with sheets at all times.

Thai Foot Massage

Perfect for people who are on their feet all day or those needing a "reset" for their nervous system.

By focusing on pressure points that correspond to your internal systems, this session helps correct energy flow and  leaves your legs feeling "weightless" and your whole body balanced.

Performed fully clothed. I recommend wearing loose-fitting trousers, shorts, or athletic wear that can be easily rolled above the knee.

Creating the Perfect Space for Your Session

To give you the best recovery experience, I need a clear, quiet area where I can move freely around you.

For Table Massage (Deep Tissue, Thai Table Massage, Trigger Point Therapy)

The massage table itself is about 6 feet long and 2.5 feet wide. However, I need "walking room" on all sides to apply the correct leverage and pressure.

  • Ideal Space: A clear area of approximately 8 feet by 10 feet.
  • Tip: A living room, large bedroom, or home office usually works best. Please move small coffee tables or rugs before I arrive.

For Thai Floor Massage

Thai massage involves a lot of movement, stretching, and "assisted yoga" poses. I use a specialized floor mat that is wider than a standard massage table.

  • Ideal Space: A clear area of approximately 10 feet by 10 feet.
  • Why? Because we will be stretching your arms and legs outward, we need extra "swing room" so your limbs don't hit furniture or walls.

Environment Checklist

  • Temperature: Since your body temperature drops during a massage, please set your AC/Heater to a comfortable 72°F–75°F (22°C–24°C).
  • Flooring: A flat, level surface is best. Hardwood, tile, or low-pile carpet are all fine.
  • Pets & Distractions: For your safety and relaxation, please keep pets in another room and silence your phone during the session.

Electrical Outlets: If you chose Hot Stones or the Thai Herbal Ball add on, I will need access to one standard electrical outlet to warm my equipment.

Punctuality & Arrival

I strive to arrive at your location 15-20 minutes early to set up my equipment. Please ensure your space is ready so we can begin on time. If the start is delayed due to client readiness, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next appointment’s window.

Communication & Comfort

Your healing is a partnership. I encourage you to communicate your needs, preferences, and feedback at any time—before, during, or after our session. If at any point you feel unwell, uncomfortable, or need an adjustment in pressure, please let me know immediately. I value your honest feedback (positive or negative) to provide the best possible results.
