Recovery Mile Practice Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Notifications given less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount.
  • No-Shows: Failure to be present at the scheduled location at the time of the appointment will result in a 100% charge.
  • Emergencies: If you develop a contagious illness or have a personal emergency within 24 hours of your session, please contact me at 520-834-3302 immediately. Exceptions to the fee are made solely at my discretion.
  • Confirmation: You remain responsible for the appointment until you receive a confirmation from me (via text, call, or email) that your request to cancel or reschedule has been received.

Payment & Deposits

To guarantee your session, a credit card must be kept on file or the session must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged until the completion of the service, unless the Cancellation/No-Show policy above is triggered.

Professional Safety & Ethics Statement

Recovery Mile Practice is a professional, licensed therapeutic service. To ensure a safe and healing environment for both the therapist and the client, the following standards are strictly enforced:

  • Strictly Therapeutic: All sessions are purely therapeutic and clinical. Any illicit remarks, gestures, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be charged the full service amount. Local authorities will be notified if necessary.
  • Professional Draping: To respect your privacy and maintain professional boundaries, clinical draping will be used at all times during table-based sessions.
  • Right to Refuse: Pitchapa (Jane) Peeples reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if the environment is deemed unsafe or if the client is under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
  • Client Privacy: Your health history and personal information are kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.
  • Safety Protocol: For the therapist’s safety, all session locations and times are logged with a remote safety contact.
